Vuk Kostic (aka Chevsy on DeviantArt) has a very developed style – this is one of my personal favorites. I don’t know if it is deliberately (albeit loosely) based upon the golden mean or if his sense of design is simply mature enough to just find it by accident but I really enjoy the composition of this traditional tete a tete. The glowing throat where the fire is developing is a nice, less traditional touch and the light confined to the mouth but apparently about to burst in flames, is an interesting touch compositionally as it demands to be your first read. Interesting palette, fun, unfinished style, and a less common two legged dragon won this dragon a spotlight. Click on the image to see more of Kostic’s work.
